Hardwood Floorings

Our Collection of wooden floorings is composed of the collection of French, Italian and European classics, which includes 1m x1m panels such as Versailles, Chantilly large and small, Grenobles, Stella, Fontenbleau, La Rochelle and Caserta

The panels of the European classics are made entirely with tenon-mortise joints and sealed with wooden nails without using glues.

We reconstruct them with diligence and respect to the original, as a skillful legacy is preserved. In addition, we reproduce the French or Classic Chevron with a 45 degree angle, the Hungarian Point d’Ungerie with a 30 degree angle and the Italian one at a right angle.

The hardwood running boards are also part of The Wood Alchemist’s Collection, including in particular the Louis XVI boards with different widths, and the inlaid floors, which are rigorously hand-made both in the saw cut for the definition of the dowels and in the recess of the load-bearing wood.

The Wood Alchemist offers two types of floor surface processing: hand sanding and chamfering on each piece, or hand crafting of the surface and sanding.

The hand-crafted surface is done strictly with hand planer tools and represents the luxury range of our production. The thicknesses of all the wooden floors we offer are 14mm, 22mm and 30mm. Our hardwood crafted floorings are not a carpentry product but a product of art, that comes from the need for truth, in order to imagine and to dream.
